The space image (which I have recolored), is from NASA’s public collection and shows spiral galaxy M (also known as the Southern Pinwheel) in the Hydra constellation. This barred spiral galaxy has a massive black hole at its center and is one of the largest and closest to Earth, a mere million light years away.
